Setting Up Trimble Single Sign-On (SSO) For New User

How Trimble SSO works with Trimble Mine Insights™

  1. Trimble Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to securely access Trimble Mine Insights™ using their existing Trimble (TID) account credentials.
  2. When a user selects Sign in with Trimble, they are redirected to Trimble's (TID) secure authentication service.
  3. Trimble identity system verifies the user's credentials and confirms their identity.
  4. Once authentication is successful, a secure confirmation is returned to Trimble Mine Insights.
  5. Trimble Mine Insights validates the response and grants access to the platform.
  6. Users must be registered and approved by an super admin before they can successfully log in.

How to sign in with Trimble SSO for Trimble Mine Insights™


1.) Log in using SSO via Trimble

SSO must already be enabled for the domain
  • Click on the “Sign in with Trimble” button.





2.) You will be redirected to the official Trimble login page:
  • Enter your registered Trimble email and password.
  • Click Sign in.




3.) After Successful Login
  1. A default license is assigned.
  2. A default email domain (e.g., @companyName) is also assigned.
  3. You will be redirected to the login page with a message: “User’s email is not approved by the User Admin.”

Once Approved by the Super Admin
  1. After Your Email Is Approved, Follow These Steps:

    • Return to the Trimble Mine Insights™ login page
    • Click Sign in with Trimble
    • You will be successfully logged in
    • The system will redirect you to the homepage

  1. The system automatically detects your company domain. Example: hello@argotak.com → argotak domain
  2. When the domain is already created and Trimble SSO is enabled by the Super Admin, you can proceed without additional configuration, and login completes successfully.
