Assign Subdomain To User

How Subdomain Assignment works

  1. Subdomain assignment allows users to access multiple domains within Trimble Mine Insights™, even if those domains are different from the user's email domain.
  2. By default, a user's access is linked to the domain associated with their email address (for example, user@argotak.com is linked to the argotak domain).
  3. If a user needs access to a different domain other than their email domain, the Super Admin can manually assign the required subdomain to that specific user.
  4. Once assigned, the user will be able to view and access multiple domains, including both their default company domain and any additional subdomains granted by the Super Admin.

Once You Login as Super Admin and open Super Admin Dashboard.

1.) Select Assign Subdomain To User button from sidebar.

How SSO Enable Works

SSO settings determine which login providers (Google, Microsoft, Trimble) are allowed for a specific domain.
  1. When SSO is Enabled
    1. You can sign in using the selected SSO provider
    2. You will see and access only those domains that are enabled for that SSO provider
  2. When SSO is Not Enabled
    1. SSO login may fail for that domain, or
    2. The domain may not appear in your accessible domain list
