Import Your Data/Live Interval Tag via Email
Overview: This tutorial explains how to easily upload your interval tag data by simply sending an email with a CSV attachment. This process is fully automated, so your data will be stored in our system without any extra steps.
Steps to Import Interval Tag
1. What You Need Before sending your email, please ensure you have the following:
Your Interval Tag Data CSV File: This is the file containing your data.
Your Unique Authentication Token (AuthToken): This is a security code specific to your account. AuthToken Copy from the Data API's Settings page.

Your Unique Authentication Token (AuthToken): This is a security code specific to your account. AuthToken Copy from the Data API's Settings page.
Your Unique Identifier (uuid): This is uuid of the your device. uuid copy from the Settings Page Device tab.
2. How to Send Your Data Email Follow these steps to correctly format and send your email:
Step 1: Open Your Email Client Open your preferred email application (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail).
Step 2: Fill in the 'To' Address In the To: field, enter the dedicated email address: support@netrahelp.strayos.com
Step 3: Set the 'Subject' Line In the Subject : type: Please add any subject like Push Data Interval Tag , etc.
Step 4: Add Authentication Details to the Email Body In the main body of your email,
you must include your AuthToken and uuid exactly as shown below. Please replace the example value with your actual token and UUID.

uuid : YOUR_UUID_HERE
