October 2025 - What's New 
  1. Customization Offline Alert Threshold :- This feature enables users to define a custom time threshold (e.g., 2 hours), and an alert will be issued immediately once a device has been continuously offline for that entire duration.

  2. Display Oversize Rock and Chart Timeline :- We are pleased to announce the release of the Display Oversize Rock Count and Chart Timeline, providing you with enhanced  to monitor and analyze material size  over time.

  3. Black Belt Time Detection Added  :- We've enhanced the conveyor device monitoring to include Black Belt Time Detection. This feature accurately tracks periods when the conveyor belt is running but is empty (no material).



September 2025 - What's New 
  1. Add Multi Client layer and updating user hierarchy:- Adding multi client as a middle layer between Client User and Admin User and Updating user hierarchy.
          - Multi client admin to access those device and other data under their specific clients.

  2. Add zoho knowledge base web-page for product release:-Add product release option under the user profile dropdown. This will allow user to refer the release items.

August 2025 - What's New 
  1. PSD timeline black belt time - Up time - This feature allows you to easily view the Black Belt Time and Up Time for a selected duration directly on the chart.
     You can quickly see when the belt was either off or not detecting data (Black Belt Time) and when it was running (Up Time).

    Example : If you select a duration of one hour and the belt is off for 20 minutes or no data is detected for 20 minutes, the Black Belt Time will be 20 minutes,
                     which is 33.33% of the total time. Conversely, if the belt runs for 40 minutes, the Up Time will be 40 minutes, which is 66.67% of the total time.

  1. Timeline chart now displays data in chunks of intervals.
    - Timeline charts (PSD & Quantity) can now show data in 1m or 5m(whatever by selecting timeline range)chunks for clearer interval analysis.     
    - After selecting 5m, the data will be shown in 5-minute intervals. For example, if you click on 17:35, the next interval will be 17:40.
  1. Device Flow Board : - The Device Flow Board feature allows you to create and manage device nodes, connect them, and compare their charts for better analysis.
     This feature currently involve some basic scaffolding stage only, further things will be added.

July 2025 - What's New 
  1. Visually mark empty belt periods : - Empty belt periods are now visually highlighted using  gray plot-band on the chart.

  2. Integrated threshold and slab indicators onto the PSD timeline chart.
     Threshold Indicators: - Intervals exceeding configured threshold values are flagged with a red warning icon for quick identification.
         Slab Indicators: Intervals associated with slab data are marked with an orange warning icon.

  3. Off Spec Alert : - The off-spec email alert triggers when the actual fragmentation deviates from the user-defined target range by more than the user-configured off-spec alert percentage for a given intervals.

  1. Import Your Data/Live Interval Tag via Email: - This tutorial explains how to easily upload your interval tag data by simply sending an email with a CSV attachment. This process is fully automated, so your data will be stored in our system without any extra steps.             
  • Added Site layer and updating user hierarchy:- Adding site as a middle layer between Client User and Standard User and Updating user hierarchy.
          - Site admin to access those device and other data under their specific site.

  • Enabling Custom target range adding option for PSD charts: - Define custom target ranges on PSD charts to track OnSpec vs OffSpec.
