Navigating Folders For Measurements and Stockpiles

The folder functionality within Strayos allows users to easily organize their annotations and stockpiles on the left-hand menu. Below are the steps for navigating the folder functionality: 

 

Creating a folder: 

Select Add Folder, and create a name for the folder. You will then see the folder appear on the let hand side. 


 

To add annotation into a folder: 

When creating an annotation, you will have the option to select a folder to enter it into. 


 

Users can also add to a folder by selecting the annotation/s and dragging them into the selected folder. Individual annotations can be selected, or all can be selected:

Lastly, by Selecting All from the Folder options, you can delete all annotations or move annotations into folders with one click: 


Within the Stockpile module, the same functionalities will exist using folders. Users will see existing annotation folders, however they will show "unrelated items" in the stockpile module.
