Muckpile Prediction

Muckpile Prediction

Create a drill pattern design

To make a muckpile prediction, you must first add drill holes to the project using the Drilling Design module.

You can create a new drill pattern or import a drill pattern from a CSV.

Make a muckpile prediction

First navigate to the Muckpile Prediction module in the Blast Prediction folder of the sidebar.

Some of the input fields for the Prediction will populate automatically and some will require editing. Update the fields to the required values.

Note: Timing delay should be in absolute time rather than the delay between rows (i.e. if you are using 42ms delays between rows then Row 2 should be 42ms and Row 3 should be 84ms)

When you click "Predict" you should see the output of your prediction on the 3D model.

You can then expand the Cross-section chart using the "Muckpile Predictions Graph" area in the sidebar

From here you can analyze each predicted muckpile profile in the chart.

You can also view summary statistics in the sidebar.
