How to Create a Job Folder

In Strayos, a Job Folder will allow users to better organize their projects within a site. To create a folder, follow the steps below: 

 

1.) Create New Project:


 

2.) Choose your project type: 


 

3.) Chose your site. Once the site is chosen, the "Job" function toggle will appear. Users can then create a new folder, or choose and existing folder to place their new project in. 


 

4.) When completed, a folder will appear in the site. Users can then place existing projects into the job folder by selecting the options next to the project title.
